Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.

Contact us if you would like a different size or style. We will explain the available return and reorder options.
